ique_diag.exe (otherwise known as iQue@Home Diagnostics) is a tool included with version 1.4.2 (maybe even some earlier versions) of iQue@Home. It was created to read and dump data from a person's iQue Player.
emoose has created iQueDiagExtend to attempt to add more features to ique_diag.exe, notably reading the 64MiB of NAND and (currently) 64KiB of spare data.
